- Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and layout modifications
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and system performance
- Drive health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with contractors and service providers
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Implement sustainability and energy-saving initiatives
- Conduct inspections, track issues, and take corrective actions
- Coach team members and support operational needs
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Several years' experience in facilities engineering or building systems management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards
- Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
