A national engineering firm is seeking a Dry Utilities Manager for their Charlottesville, VA office. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of dry utility plan preparation and permit procurement. Responsibilities include designing project portions using AutoCAD Civil 3D, completing calculations, and preparing specifications.
