• Be a classroom lead teacher and age group expert. Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments.
• Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child s day.
• Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

• Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor's degree
• At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required
• Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred

Your competitive teacher salaries range from $20.55 - $22.80 per hour. Salary is determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Compensation Range: $18.50 - $22.60
