Community Medicine, UVA is excited to invite you to join our dedicated, patient-focused team in Charlottesville, VA. We are seeking two dynamic physicians to help drive excellence in patient care. With both full-time and part-time opportunities available, this is your chance to thrive in a supportive and collaborative practice

Why Join Us?

• Flexible Scheduling Options

• Full-time (4.5 days/week with one afternoon off) Part-time options available (3.5-4 days/week)

• Practice Hours:
  • Monday-Friday: 8 AM-5 PM;
    Saturday: 8 AM-12 PM (rotational coverage, single physician)
• Reasonable Call Schedule:
  • Shared call rotation among 6-7 providers

Your Role

• Provide high-quality care to adults (16+), including preventive care, wellness visits, acute care, and management of chronic conditions
• Care for an average of 15 patients per day, ensuring meaningful interactions and exceptional outcomes
• Collaborate with a team of 7 physicians and experienced support staff
