The University of Virginia School of Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, is actively recruiting a Vascular Medicine Physician at all ranks to join our expanding Vascular Medicine section within the esteemed Cardiology Division. This position offers an exceptional chance to engage in high-level patient care, education, and potential research in a world-class academic environment.

• Opportunities for Leadership:
  Candidates with prior experience may be considered for the Directorship of our Vascular Medicine service.
• Diverse Clinical Role:
  Provide both inpatient and outpatient care, including interpreting studies in our state-of-the-art non-invasive vascular laboratory.
• Academic Excellence:
  Participate in teaching programs, educating vascular medicine, interventional radiology, vascular surgery, and cardiology fellows, as well as medical house staff.
• Research Opportunities:

• MD or equivalent
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine & sub-specialty board-certified or board-eligible in Vascular Medicine by appointment start date.
• Experience in clinical vascular medicine and education
• Interest in leadership and/or research activities welcomed
• Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
