The University of Virginia (UVA) Health System, ranked the #1 Hospital in Virginia by Newsweek, invites applications for two exceptional Non-Invasive Cardiologists to join our nationally recognized Division of Cardiovascular Medicine
. These are open-rank, open-track faculty positions; rank and tenure status will be commensurate with experience and academic achievements.
We are seeking an accomplished Non-Invasive Cardiologist to lead UVA's Cardiovascular Disease Prevention program.
- Deliver inpatient and outpatient general cardiology care with an emphasis on prevention.
- Shape and expand a growing prevention program in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Teach and mentor cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students.
- Pursue research opportunities aligned with their expertise, supported by UVA's strong infrastructure for clinical and translational investigation.
We are also recruiting a Non-Invasive Cardiologist with expertise in Women's Heart Health, Cardio-Obstetrics, or Cardio-Oncology.
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology care.
- Contribute to advancing UVA's programs in cardio-OB or Oncology and related subspecialties.
- Teach and mentor the next generation of physicians.
- Engage in research consistent with personal interest and academic trajectory.
- MD or equivalent degree.
- Board certified in Cardiovascular Medicine.
