Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with the planning, setup, and execution of various events in Charlottesville, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with event setup and teardown, including arranging furniture, decor, and equipment.

- Provide on-site support during events, including registration, guest assistance, and troubleshooting.

- Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other event staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain event inventory and manage supplies.

- Ensure compliance with event safety protocols and guidelines.

- Perform other event-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
