Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist in the planning, setup, and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with event setup and teardown - Coordinating with vendors and suppliers - Managing event registration and guest lists - Providing on-site support during events - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations - Troubleshooting any issues that arise during events
Skills Required:
- Event planning and coordination - Strong organizational skills - Effective communication - Attention to detail - Problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility and adaptability - Basic knowledge of event safety regulations
