Carolina Environmental Construction is a professional environmental construction company.
We specialize in the Solid Waste, Power, and Industrial markets. Our job sites are nationwide, primarily on the East Coast. Our ideal candidate will have prior construction experience in the pipe, concrete, or grading industry.

WORK LOCATION: Traveling nationwide, primarily the East Coast.

RESPONSIBILITIES for Foreman

  • Report project progress to superiors.
  • Lead and direct daily tasks to subordinates.
  • Supervise all construction workers, ensuring safety and quality.
  • Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors.
  • Solve disputes between workers.
  • Assign tasks to construction workers.
  • Willingness to continue to learn and grow.
  • Willingness to perform manual work when needed

    • REQUIREMENTS for Foreman

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to organize a work schedule.
  • Ability to solve disputes between workers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes.
  • Concrete, pipe and earthwork experience is a plus.
  • Operate Skidsteer and Trackhoe
  • Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and be away from home 100% of the time.

  • Perform quality checks on construction equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently, throughout an entire workday.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, hot and cold.
  • Ability to pass a background check and regular drug tests.
  • Ability to maintain safety standards.
