Responsibilities Operations
  • Finances and Human Resources
  • Manage Center Church’s giving process (recording, depositing, etc.), recurring bills and payments.
  • Communicate with and work alongside Novum Partners to support HR and accounting functions
  • Facilities
  • Manage contractor relationships: handyman, maintenance cleaners, landscaping, etc.
  • Keep common storage spaces and resources stocked, efficient, and maintained
Project Management and Event Planning
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of ministry events by managing logistics.
  • Provide administrative support for all ministry teams, including document preparation, communication assistance, and resource organization.
Connections
  • Receive, follow-up with, and connect with people at Center Church (First-Time Guests, Baptism Applications, Starting Point, Covenant Members, etc).
  • Support Sunday logistics and volunteer coordination (check-in, supplies, scheduling gaps, weekly reminders) under the direction of the Connections Director.
Administrative Support
  • Support the Executive Director of Operations and Lead Pastor with administrative tasks on an as needed basis.

The responsibilities listed above reflect common tasks required of this role but should not be considered all inclusive. This role should expect to complete a wide variety of tasks as needed or as assigned.

Position Details

The anticipated start date is March 1, 2026, and this position will remain open until filled. This is a full-time, exempt, benefited position. The work week for this position is Sunday-Thursday with additional requirements for special events falling outside of typical work days/hours.

The successful candidate is expected to be/become a member of Center Church and to uphold the membership covenant.
