We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our human resources and accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Accounting and Human Resources with day-to-day administrative and operational needs
- Assist employees with expense reporting support in Concur, including answering questions and troubleshooting basic issues
- Manage general mail and shipping duties, including sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing packages, and coordinating with carriers
- Keep the office organized and stocked with supplies
- Maintain an office meeting calendar
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of administrative or office experience
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude
