We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Product Developer Coordinator to support the Product Development team in an in-person headquarters setting. Reporting to the Senior Product Developer, this role helps keep product development on track by coordinating samples, tracking timelines, maintaining documentation, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sample requests, track sample status, and manage related logistics from request through review.
- Support day-to-day product development workflow, including calendars, action items, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate product documentation and development records (e.g., specs, comments, updates).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on schedule.
- Assist with PLM/BOM updates and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in product development coordination, sample management, or a related role (apparel/accessories/consumer goods preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- PLM/BOM experience preferred;
Adobe Suite familiarity is a plus.
