We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Charlotte team and help maintain smooth warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate will assist with organizing, preparing, and tracking event equipment and materials for upcoming events. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Receive, organize, and store event materials and equipment
• Prepare inventory for shipments and event transport
• Pack, label, and stage items for delivery
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
• Support inventory counts and tracking
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Warehouse, logistics, or labor experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
