Overview
Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate
Location: Charlotte, NC
Max Pay Rate: $18.10/hr
Job Type: Contract
Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Pull and pack materials using customer-generated packing slips
- Assemble boxes based on store size and square footage requirements
- Handle a variety of materials including posters, name badges, and promotional items
- Lift 25+ lbs regularly
- Pull approximately 50–70 boxes per day
- Remain on feet for most of the shift (approximately 6.5 hours)
- Follow established processes and meet daily productivity goals
- At least 6 months of operations, warehouse, or production support experience
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, standing warehouse environment
- Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
