We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Warehouse team located at our office in Charlotte, NC
. Our ideal candidate for a Warehouse Coordinator Warehouse Coordinator will be someone who has 1+ years of experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar role. We are looking for an individual who is personable, high energy, and brings a strong sense of leadership and commitment to our team. This individual should possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem‑solving abilities while also having effective communication skills and the ability to be a collaborative team player.

• Assisting in the oversight of day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials related to HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinating with Project Managers and field personnel to determine the right material requirements for ongoing projects.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular physical inventory checks to ensure stock levels are up to date.
• Coordinating with purchasing department to create purchase orders and track orders to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout, ensuring materials are stored efficiently and safely.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Any additional responsibilities that are designated by the manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• At least one year of experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
