Valet Parking Attendant Charlotte Airport ( Midday shift

Position Overview

Valet Parking Attendant – Charlotte Airport, 5601 Wilkinson Blvd.

Shifts:

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Hourly base pay: $8.65; total pay (including tips): $16.65+. Final date to receive applications: 13 February 2026.

• Retrieve vehicle keys, collect guests, issue tickets, and enter customer information using electronic devices.
• Park guest vehicles safely and inspect for damage, recording make/model and location.
• Greet guests, open door, unload vehicles, and provide directions to nearby highways or facilities.
• Direct traffic, position barricades, and maintain vehicle safety and security during operations.
• Collect relevant fees, reconcile end‑shift revenue, and report incidents or claims to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Serve as a courteous brand ambassador, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
• Capability to move from valet stand to customer cars, walking or running for extended periods.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
