This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Aviation Maintenance Controller located in Charlotte, NC. An FAA‑issued valid Airframe & Powerplant certificate is required. The Aviation Maintenance Controller will be responsible for monitoring aircraft maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, planning scheduled maintenance, and ensuring timely and regulatory‑compliant maintenance operations. This role requires ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining communication with relevant teams and personnel.

• At least 3 years of experience in a corporate aircraft maintenance environment
• Ability to manage and oversee aircraft maintenance activities
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as One Note, Excel, Word, etc.
• Knowledge of maintenance tracking/planning in a corporate aviation environment
• Prior experience with Traxxall, CAMP, and CMP is a plus
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is required
• Prior experience as a Maintenance Controller or similar role is a plus
