Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Route Delivery Driver for the Mini Melts Warehouse in Charlotte, NC.

• Drive motor vehicles and obey all laws and transportation procedures, typically a Transit Van or occasionally a 16ft box truck.
• Deliver Mini Melts Ice Cream to various customer locations.
• Clean and maintain the vehicle daily.
• Document, service, and stock Mini Melts vending machines and Grab N Go freezers at convenience stores, gas stations, stadiums, trampoline parks, malls, zoos, etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair vending machines to ensure they are functioning and up to standard.
• Maintain accurate records of truck inventory, product movement, and vending machine status.
• Collect, secure, and transport funds removed from serviced vending machines and Grab N Go collections to the office.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as ice scraping, wiping, cleaning, and replacing stickers or signage.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on vending machines, Grab N Go freezers, and equipment.
• Deliver, move, and install vending machines, Grab N Go freezers, and equipment to and from locations.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem-solving, and follow-ups.
• Accurately document all logs, paperwork, and inventories as required by management.
• Use route provider tools to record dates, times, locations, products, notes, photos, and requested information.
• Adapt to varying daily start times based on customer needs and management requests.

• Flexible schedule and ability to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Pre‑employment physical and drug test compliance.
• Pass a criminal background check.
