Airgas, a leading supplier of dry‑ice, is hiring a CDL B Driver to deliver dry ice to customers in the Charlotte area.

• Home daily
• Deliver dry ice to customer locations and load/unload dry ice using forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
• Obtain customer signatures and verify piece counts against the load manifest
• Collect empty dry‑ice boxes and return them to the plant or branch
• Provide excellent customer service and report customer feedback to the Branch Manager
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of trucks according to DOT and company maintenance checklists; keep the truck interior clean
• Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, DOT and OSHA requirements
• Secure cargo before and during transit

• At least 21 years old
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 5 years, or completion of a trucking school certificate within the last 12 months
• Experienced military CDL drivers count as qualifying experience
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years
• No serious violation tickets (speeding 15+ mph, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years
• No CDL suspensions in the last 3 years except for failure to pay child support
• No DUI in the last 7 years

Competitive pay of $24 per hour plus a $1,000 referral bonus. Paid weekly via direct deposit. Full‑time schedule Monday‑Thursday with select Saturday work (start 3–5 am). Average 40+ hour work week, 8–12 stops daily.
