• Haul flatbed freight across the US with steady miles and weekly home time
• Maintain freight and drop & hook operations
• Drive assigned trucks, ensuring no slip seating
• Operate within 0-400 mile ranges for short haul pay and bonus structures
• Comply with safety and regulatory requirements for hazmat, CSA, and on-road safety bonuses

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 9 months of commercial driving experience, including 6 months on flatbeds
• Clean MVR for the past 3 years (incidents reviewed case‑by‑case)
• 21 years of age or older
• Stable employment history with verifiable references

• 101‑400 miles: $25/load (loaded, non‑relayed only)

• Quarterly CSA Safety Bonus: up to $875 (with hazmat)
