Personal Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Personal Trainer, based in Charlotte, NC. The Person al Trainer will be responsible for developing personalized fitness plans for members, leading private and group training sessions, providing support in proper exercise techniques, and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals. Additional responsibilities include offering guidance on nutrition, educating members on wellness best practices, and maintaining a safe and encouraging gym environment.

Trainers may also collaborate with colleagues to support member retention and satisfaction.

• Skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to create and lead personalized and group exercise programs.
• Expertise in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to guide members through effective and safe workout routines.
• Knowledge in Nutrition to provide guidance on dietary habits that support fitness goals.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage and motivate clients of all fitness levels.
• Certified in personal training or a similar fitness-related program (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) preferred.
• Ability to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere in the gym environment.
• Passion for health and wellness with enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals.
