Pay Range: $60 - $67/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance Java-based backend services and REST APIs
• Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and business SMEs during sprint ceremonies
• Perform code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and ensure best practices
• Debug production issues and participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)
• Write automated unit tests, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and maintain documentation
• Work closely with front-end teams consuming the APIs

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Must have skills:
  
  - Java, Workfusion, Spring, Angular
• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in automation development, with at least some experience on Work Fusion platform.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and Spring Framework.
• Strong practical experience in machine learning, including model development and deployment using Python/Workfusion OOTB.
• Advanced expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, Postgre
  
  SQL, Oracle) and data modeling.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/scrum methodologies.
