Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead AI Platform Engineers (SE4) to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting innovative AI and workflow automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LEAD AI PLATFORM ENGINEERS (SE4)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Candidates must be local - this requires both a virtual and an onsite interview.

Pay Range: $77 W2 only (we can not work C2C)

Type:
Contract, duration 9 months, option for extension or hire.

What's the Job? - Our customer is building a new platform from scratch. Looking for strong Python development with start up mentality to build and take ownership. They are currently in discovery phase and will continue on testing instances, setting up the whole infrastructure.

• Architect, design, and deliver enterprise-scale servicing and workflow automation platforms.
• Lead end-to-end development of platform components, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Review designs, code, and integration patterns to uphold high-quality standards.
• Build scalable APIs, services, and workflow-driven solutions to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and architecture to drive project success.

• Extensive experience in backend engineering and distributed system design.
• Proficiency in Python, Lang Chain, and Lang Graph with hands-on experience in real-world projects.
• Proven track record of delivering agentic AI systems to production environments.

  DB and asynchronous APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud-native environments, microservices architecture, and enterprise security standards.
