We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with over 8 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React for front-end development, as well as Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Mongo

DB, and Kafka for backend and data streaming solutions.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based architectures, ensuring loose coupling and high availability.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various external and internal systems.
• Leverage Kafka for real-time data streaming, messaging, and event-driven architecture.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and promote best development practices.

• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and incorporate them into solutions as appropriate.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with Java and full-stack oriented projects.
• Strong expertise in Java 8+ features, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka for messaging and event streaming.
• In-depth knowledge of Mongo

• Experience with API design, RESTful services, and integrating third‑party APIs.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams and fast‑paced environments.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
