Must haves:

• 10 plus years. Looking for a well-rounded/versatile engineer
• Full stack
  - Java, Python, some front end
• Cloud native- they will be building microservices
• Cloud experience, any is fine (They use Google Cloud Platform)
• AI experience (Gen AI not necessary)
• Soft Skills:
  
  Good attitude, enjoys being hands on and excited about their job

Nice to haves:

• Mojo AI, Gen AI
• Background as a Dev Op Engineer
• Financial experience

About the Role

In this contingent role, you will consult on complex, large-scale initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering. You'll analyze and resolve multi-faceted technical challenges that require deep evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented or intangible elements. Your expertise will help shape strategic solutions and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on high-impact, large-scale Specialty Software Engineering projects.
• Review and analyze complex technical challenges, considering multiple dimensions and unique factors.
• Contribute to resolving intricate issues by applying a strong understanding of engineering principles, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate strategically with client teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support planning and execution for long-term engineering initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through one or more of the following:
  • Professional work or consulting experience
  • Relevant training or certifications
  • Military experience
  • Formal education in a related field
