About the Role

In this contingent role, you will contribute to engineering initiatives that support scalable, reliable, and high-quality software delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, analyze technical challenges, and help drive solutions that align with engineering best practices, security standards, and operational requirements.

You will work on moderately complex engineering efforts, leveraging your experience to evaluate technical options, identify patterns, and contribute to planning and execution across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and execution of moderately complex engineering initiatives.
• Analyze technical challenges that require evaluating multiple variables and propose solutions aligned with organizational engineering standards.
• Contribute to resolving engineering issues by applying knowledge of software engineering principles, internal processes, and compliance requirements.
• Support large-scale planning activities related to software engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with client engineering teams to drive operational excellence and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Apply expertise in Dev Ops tooling, automation, and modern software delivery practices.

Technical Domains

• Dev Ops: Git Hub Actions, Harness
• AI/ML: Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, OR equivalent experience through a combination of:
  • Professional work or consulting
  • Technical training
  • Military service
  • Relevant education
