Senior Dotnet Developer H-1B

• Design and develop enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
• Drive the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Conduct code reviews and enforce architectural best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

• 12+ years of hands-on .NET development experience
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and performance tuning
• Solid knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles
• Proven experience with microservices and REST-based integrations
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and/or Dapper
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops tools (Git, Azure Dev Ops, TFS)
• Strong understanding of application security and authentication mechanisms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
