Job Description # AI Engineer
* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java and Python applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements.
* Develop and implement best practices for software development.
* Participate in code reviews with the team and other stakeholders.
* Conduct technical analysis to create solutions for production issues.
* Utilize AI technologies, including RAG and LLMs, to deliver business value.
* Strong knowledge of Python and web API development frameworks such as Spring, REST APIs, and RESTEASY.
* Working knowledge of database technologies (Redis and Oracle); experience with vector databases is a plus.
* Familiarity with AI technologies, including RAG, LLMs, Generative AI (GPT, Llama Index, Lang Chain).
* Expertise in technical areas including programming, network administration, and software configuration.
* Experience with IT project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure is a significant advantage.
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications such as Java Certified Professional (OCP).
* Experience with Nvidia Triton servers for LLMs.
* Knowledge of container or cloud computing technologies like Red Hat Open Shift or Azure.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Experience with CI/CD Dev Ops practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker).
* Experience with Open Shift Container Platform.
