React Developer

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join a large-scale enterprise technology environment supporting mission‑critical internal applications. This is a hands‑on front‑end development role focused on building high‑performance, scalable, and user‑friendly applications. The ideal candidate is a strong React developer who enjoys coding daily, collaborating in Agile teams, and working in enterprise environments.

Front-End Development

• Build responsive screens, dashboards, and forms using React.
• Ensure strong user experience and performance optimization.

API Integration

• Integrate front‑end components with back‑end services via REST APIs.

Testing & Quality

• Write and execute unit tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Ensure code meets functional and non‑functional requirements.

Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and refinement sessions.

Assist in effort estimation and technical discussions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify feature requirements.

• Work within CI/CD pipelines.
• Support application deployment through development, testing, and production environments.

• Improve and extend existing internal applications.
• Develop new functionality and pages as required.

• 5+ years of hands‑on React development experience.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience in enterprise‑level environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
