Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems that make a difference for our clients.
  • Act as a high‑profile contact for resolving complex issues, influencing clients and engagement teams.
  • Lead team meetings (e.g., status meetings) and provide detailed reviews of the team’s work product.
  • Produce high‑quality deliverables with no supervision.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Works directly with the client engagement and delivery center leadership teams on executing the Engagement Management Framework.
  • Conduct tests and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client requirements.
  • Plan, design and implement tools or assets to solve complex problems, primarily custom Java‑based tools and frameworks.
  • Develop client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts.
  • Contribute consistently to the development of technical solutions throughout the solution delivery center.
  • Lead team meetings (e.g., status meetings).
  • Provide detailed review of team’s work product (i.e., associates and analysts).
Qualifications – Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Domain expertise in Banking.
  • Experience with Enterprise Money Movement services and integrations (Wire, ACH, RTP, EFT, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of ISO 20022 standards, including message structures, business processes, and data elements.
  • Demonstrated experience in Banking (Consumer, Commercial banking, or Payments) in one of the following domains:
    • Deposit and Loan Operations, ATM, Debit, Prepaid Cards, ACH, Wires.
    • Treasury Management, Investments, Credit Processes.
    • Payment Products and Lifecycle, Payment Authorization and Clearing.
  • Passion and interest for solving problems using technology.
  • Technical knowledge of all aspects of the software lifecycle including design, architecture, development and testing.
  • Knowledge of Banking regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the payments space.
  • ISO
    20022 simulator experience with any of the leading tools (Iliad, neaPay, Unifits, Nimbus next, Blitzz Pay, Sipay, XMLdation, Ascert, Coreum).
  • Working knowledge in web technologies such as Angular, React, HTML/CSS, etc.
  • Innovative and creative mind to think outside of the box.
  • Resourceful and able to find possible solutions to problems individually and within a team.
  • Coaching team members to foster an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment.
  • Effectively leading and mentoring others technically and professionally.
Qualifications – Ideal Add‑Ons
  • Certifications or degree specializations in application development, analytics, test automation or artificial intelligence.
  • 3 years of experience and strong knowledge in Java and OOP concepts.
  • At least 2 years of experience with test automation using tools such as JUnit, Selenium, REST Assured.
  • Agile certification.
