Basepay range

What You’ll Do- Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React, Next.js, Express, and Supabase
- Lead technical architecture decisions and enforce best practices for code quality and testing
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements
- Heavily use AI tools such as Cursor
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
- Drive innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js frameworks
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Proven track record of working with AWS services
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with serverless architecture
- Experience with performance optimization and web vitals
- History of contributing to open-source projects
