We’re looking for a Senior
Technical Engineering Leader to help build a brand-new financial services system from the ground up. You’ll guide the technical direction across six Scrum teams using Scrum@Scale and Extreme Programming (XP). This role blends hands‑on engineering, architecture, cross‑team leadership, and strong partnership with business stakeholders.

- Lead technical design and architecture for a greenfield, enterprise‑scale platform.
- Work hands‑on with Java/Spring Boot and guide front‑end and API integration.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Foster a strong engineering culture with XP practices (TDD, pair programming, CI/CD).
- Build a trusted, transparent environment across six Scrum teams.
- Mentor developers and reinforce best practices for quality, security, and reliability.
- 8+ years of engineering experience, including technical leadership roles.
- Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Postgre
SQL, cloud storage, and Kafka/Event Hubs. - Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and build trust.
- Comfortable in multi‑team Agile environments (Scrum, XP, Scrum@Scale).
- Financial services or lending background
- Knowledge of DDD or event‑driven architecture
