Application Developer / Software Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Local candidates preferred)

We are seeking an Application Developer to focus on new application development, enhancements, and debugging efforts. This role will work closely with the Lead Developer and is positioned for long‑term growth into a senior or lead role. The developer will also collaborate with senior developers and help ensure quality and alignment across development efforts.

• Develop new applications as the primary focus of the role.
• Perform enhancements, updates, and debugging for existing applications.
• Work closely with the Lead Developer and absorb knowledge to grow into a future full‑time senior or lead position.
• Collaborate with Accenture developers and help oversee the quality of their development work.
• Engage with a local Charlotte developer as needed for collaboration and support.

• AWS
• Python
• Java
• Git Hub
• Some exposure to Angular
• Savvy with AI concepts (does not need to be a data engineer)

• Local Charlotte candidates will receive preference.
• The person in this role will “soak up” a large amount of information and work closely within the team structure.
