The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte NC $105k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).

Java Developer with React and MongoDB

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and stability.
• Build and enhance interactive user interfaces with React.js.
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries using Mongo
  
  DB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into development workflows.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Proven experience as a Java Developer (minimum X years).
• Strong proficiency with React.js and front-end development best practices.
• Hands-on experience working with Mongo

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment tools (Docker, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
