Senior Java Developer; W2

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java applications.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of backend services using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev Ops, QA, Product) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in coding standards, best practices, and software design principles.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in design and development.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing codebases for performance and scalability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery and integration processes.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (Java 8 or newer).
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Maven).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
