Full Stack React Developer

Overview

Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Full Stack React Developer with a strong background in Java, Spring Framework, and React 19. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications, working across both front-end and back-end technologies. Candidates must have headphones and video for interview. Interview will involve assessing code and responding to code challenges.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Framework
• Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React 19
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
• Ensure application performance, security, maintainability and enforce best practices

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework for backend development
• Expertise in React 19 and modern front-end development practices
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Dev Ops practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development
• Experience with Actimize Act One and related tools
• Experience with Financial crimes technologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
