As a Python Developer specializing in Generative AI, you will contribute to designing, developing, and deploying AI‑driven solutions. This role involves working closely with data scientists and product teams to build intelligent applications that utilize the latest advancements in Generative AI.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

• Develop and maintain Python‑based applications and tools related to Generative AI.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning and AI models into production environments.
• Optimize and enhance existing AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Participate in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI and related technologies.
• Support deployment and integration of AI solutions within the company's infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with Python.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL
  · E, similar frameworks).
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with NLP and other AI‑related tasks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of API development and integration.
• Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Prior experience in a hybrid work model.
