Gen AI Developer

Overview

This role is a contract Gen AI Developer offering $60.00 – $62.00 per hour for 40 hours per week. This is an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC, United States. Key skills include Python, Lang Chain/Lang Graph, Google ADK, and experience in ML systems and production projects.

Work Location:

In person (Charlotte, NC, USA).

• Design and optimize ML systems for AI agents.
• Translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and deploy AI algorithms and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Architect data pipelines and ensure robust data processing.
• Stay updated on state-of-the-art Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, Lang Chain).
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and, where applicable, provide technical leadership.

• Bachelor s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in software development and deploying software products.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning development, deployment, frameworks (Tensor Flow or PyTorch), and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Python, LLM, RAG, Vector Databases, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Google ADK, and Agentic AI.
• Experience delivering 3–4 end-to-end production projects.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
