Full Stack Developer; React

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java
, Spring Framework
, and React 19
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications, working across both front‑end and back‑end technologies. Candidate must have headphones and video for interview. Interview will involve assessing code and responding to code challenges.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Framework

• Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React 19
  .
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Ensure application performance, security, maintainability and enforce best practices.

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework for backend development.
• Expertise in React 19 and modern front‑end development practices.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

  , and Dev Ops practices

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
• Experience with Actimise Act One and related tools.
• Experience with Financial crimes technologies.

Participates in the technical design of application systems. Develops and implements application systems by participating through the software development lifecycle from inception to delivery and beyond. The role is high touch position with a notable amount of collaboration across product teams and stakeholders to define requirements and understand how they fit into the end objective.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Designs and writes complex code in several languages relevant to our existing product stack, with a focus on automation. Configures, tunes, maintains and installs application systems and validates system functionality. Installs new software releases and application system upgrades. Evaluates and installs software patches. Monitors and fine tunes application systems to achieve optimum performance levels and works with hardware teams to resolve issues with hardware and software.

Assists with application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors, and internal infrastructure teams. Addresses product backlog and provides continuous delivery of high‑quality features. Maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation to ensure data integrity. Acts to improve the overall reliability of systems and to increase efficiency. Works collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, using Agile/Dev Ops principles to bring products to life, achieve business objectives and serve customer needs.
