Full-Stack GenAI Developer

Overview

Build enterprise‑scale GenAI applications with React on the front end and Python (plus Java) on the back end. Deliver production quality code with robust CI/CD. Lead the technical direction while writing 80‑90% of the code. Hybrid work 3× per week in Charlotte, NC. Contract‑to‑hire, no C2C.

• Develop end‑to‑end GenAI applications, shipping features to production.
• Write clean, well‑tested Python/Java/Type Script code and participate in code reviews.
• Design and implement enterprise‑grade architecture, covering security, auth

  Z, data governance, performance, resiliency, and monitoring.
• Write and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment processes.
• Lead engineering initiatives, set coding standards, and mentor peers in an unstructured environment.

• 5+ years of hands‑on enterprise application development.
• Full‑stack proficiency:
  React (required), Python (primary), Java (secondary), Type Script/JavaScript.
• 2+ years experience building GenAI applications using ADK, OpenAI Agent frameworks, Lang Chain, or Lang Graph.
• Strong background with GCP (preferred), AWS or Azure, and CI/CD tooling.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative in evolving technology stacks; no managerial experience required.

Contract to Hire – Based in Charlotte, NC. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

Hourly rate: $79.00 – $83.00/hr temporary role benefits include:
