Full Stack Software Engineer; Hybrid

Position: Full Stack Software Engineer (Hybrid)
The Full Stack Software Engineer will design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient web applications leveraging modern technologies.

* Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js for front-end development and Python and node.js for back-end services.
* Build and deploy applications on AWS and Azure cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and successful solution delivery, aligned with agile principles of teamwork and transparency.
* Write clean, testable, and efficient code with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, maintainability, and comprehensive documentation to support long-term development.
* Integrate APIs and microservices to support enterprise-grade applications.
* Implement best practices for version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub and other Dev Ops tools.
* Leverage knowledge of AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to enhance application capabilities and workflows.
* Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
* Work in a highly regulated, security-conscious environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Work with SQL databases to design, query, and optimize data storage solutions.

* Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder)
* Proficiency in React.js, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
* Strong understanding of front-end development, including responsive design and modern JavaScript frameworks.
* Knowledge of back-end development, including RESTful APIs and SQL database integration.
* Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with AI technologies, including RAG, NLP, and related frameworks.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, define technical direction, and drive end-to-end solutions.
* Understanding of Dev Ops methodologies and best practices.
