As a Senior Software Engineer, you will use your expertise to guide and support your team to develop and successfully implement complex software solutions. As a technical expert, you’ll support your team throughout the software development process. Additionally, you'll personally develop and deliver code modules and stable application systems, contributing to integrated software solutions across a variety of computing environments.

• Individual who is self motivated and could work independently in solving moderately complex cross‑functional business needs.
• Collaborates with internal and cross‑functional teams to ensure that the project needs are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solutions; evaluates project deliverables to ensure they meet specifications, functional and performance standards.
• Works collaboratively with the software development team in brainstorming and solutioning strategies that contributes to the overall team's productivity.
• Coordinates, executes, and participates in oncall rotation, systems integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify application errors and to ensure quality software deployment with zero downtime for the application.
• Should have a good understanding of the industry standards, tools, security and development practices and as well adheres to them consistently. Has solid grasp of software design patterns and approaches; understands application level software architecture; makes technical trade‑off decisions at application level.
• Automates and simplifies team development, test, and operational processes; works to simplify, optimize, remove bottlenecks.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline reliability and system performance.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using modern ETL/ELT practices.
• Document systems, workflows, and data lineage comprehensively.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
• 4 years of experience in any of following competencies: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or Dev Ops
• 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)

• 4 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software environment, developing and implementing business systems within an organization, and working with source code control systems
• 4 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, defect or incident tracking software, web services, and application and integration middleware
