Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer - Software, Full Stack Developer

At Fan Connect, we provide technology products to enhance fan experience in sports and entertainment venues. Our platform is trusted by top-tier stadiums across the country - including Lincoln Financial Field, Petco Park, Heinz Field, The Horseshoe, The Big House, The Swamp, XFINITY Center, and many more.

We're building the next generation of in-venue experiences and we're looking for experienced software engineers to help us get there. You'll work across a modern stack
- React, Type Script, Graph

QL, Rails, AWS, Kubernetes - and have a direct impact on what fans see during the game.

• Work across the full stack—client, server, infrastructure—to ship new features end-to-end
• Build tools that let sports teams control content on thousands of in-venue TV screens
• Develop IPTV tablet apps used by fans in suites and premium seating
• Integrate real-time data sources: TV listings, point-of-sale systems, game stats, and more
• Design resilient APIs and backend services in Graph
  
  QL and Ruby on Rails
• Operate services at scale on AWS using AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Improve observability with logging, metrics, and alerting
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to shape the user experience

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep experience with React and Type Script in production apps
• Strong proficiency in Graph
  
  QL APIs
• Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails (or willingness to learn it quickly)
• Experience operating and scaling services on AWS with Kubernetesy
• Experience with distributed systems, caching, and performance optimization
