Salesforce Developer – Hybrid
Role PurposeAs a Senior Salesforce Developer you will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, collaborating with cross‑functional teams including business, IT service lines, enterprise architects, and product owners. You will leverage your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Cloud integration, and data migration to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions on the platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
- Participate in Salesforce implementation projects across Sales and Service clouds, including CPQ, documenting requirements, configuring systems, and executing tests.
- Implement complex business logic and workflows to automate processes and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best‑practice standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom integrations.
- Design and implement data migration strategies for seamless data transfer between systems.
- Provide code reviews, maintain code quality, and present maintainable design solutions.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Salesforce development best practices and tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and estimate effort for requirements, design, build, test, and deployment.
- Document configurations, customizations, and knowledge transfer for end users.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, evaluate their impact, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience focusing on Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data and security models, governor limits, and integration tools (REST/SOAP, Middleware, Mule Soft).
- Experience delivering high‑quality solutions across Sales and Service clouds, including CPQ.
- Excellence in problem solving, independent task completion, and clear communication.
- Strong business process understanding and ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- APEX Development with LWC and Visualforce.
- Requirements intake and interaction with Product Owners.
- Deployment of production‑ready Salesforce applications.

Onsite interview with Hiring Panel, including technical assessment.
