As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with at least 8+ years of experience, you will make an impact by designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications and microservices using modern technologies. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including cloud architects, Dev Ops engineers, and front‑end developers. In this role, you will: develop and maintain web applications Java/ J2EE technology along with Spring Framework and Spring Boot and related technologies.

Design and implement user interfaces using modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular or React. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Performance reviews of code, troubleshoot issues, and participate through the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance. Work model: hybrid – 2–3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office (Charlotte – NC).

• Required 8+ yrs overall experience in Java/J2EE technology with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, React/Angular, reactive programming; API and microservices development; web development using Spring/Spring Boot.
• 7‑10 yrs working experience in Java 11 or Java 17.
• Experience in Java reactive programming.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Utilize Hibernate for efficient database management and data retrieval.
• Ensure integration of REST APIs for seamless communication between different software components.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Knowledge of cloud‑native application development and serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure Dev Ops.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
