$65.00/hr - $85.00/hr

12-24+ months (extend or convert based on performances / No C2C, H1B Transfer)

Payment Information

Pay would be $90 per hour on W2 and $160K for H1B's

• 70% Full-Stack Engineering – (.NET, Python, or Java)
• 20% AI / ML Experience – Must be relevant within the last 2 years
• 10% Cloud – Any cloud platform is fine (team currently uses Azure / Open Shift)
• Candidates should understand how to build, model, act as a proxy, and develop/fix code.
• Data Scientists are not the right fit for this team; most were let go previously.
• Team will eventually build an in-house framework, so candidates with any tool background are acceptable.
• Should not be rigid about specific tech/tools—openness to what works best is preferred.
• Planning for AI implementation with a need for careful yet quick execution.
