Skills & Compensation Details

• 70% Full-Stack Engineering – (.NET, Python, or Java)
• 20% AI / ML Experience – Must be relevant within the last 2 years
• 10% Cloud – Any cloud platform is fine (team currently uses Azure / Open Shift)
• Candidates should understand how to build, model, act as a proxy, and develop/fix code.
• Data Scientists are not the right fit for this team; most were let go previously.
• Team will eventually build an in‑house framework, so candidates with any tool background are acceptable.
• Should not be rigid about specific tech/tools – openness to what works best is preferred.
• Planning for AI implementation with a need for careful yet quick execution.

Location Flexibility

• Preferred hubs:
  Charlotte (CLT), Minnesota (MN), Arizona (AZ), SF Bay (Menlo Park) and New York, Ohio (OH) as a specialty hub.

4 – Microservices/Fullstack Java Engineer

• Senior Java Engineer with 5+ years middleware/back‑end experience.
• Full Stack developer including UI experience preferred. Financial Services and Fraud Technology experience preferred.
• 4+ years in Core Java and Spring (preferable Spring Boot, MVC). ORM (Hibernate, Spring Data JPA).
• 4+ years of Web Services, database technologies (preferably Oracle).
• 3+ years of Microservices, Agile, build tools (Gradle, Maven).
• 3+ years Java testing frameworks, Cloud computing.

5 – Lead Fullstack Java Developer – H1B / W2

• OCP (Open Shift) experience, Java 10+ years, Microservices 10 years, Rest 7 years, Angular 7 years.
• Java, Spring Boot – 10+ years.
• Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito) – 10+ years.

7 – Java Fullstack Developer (Angular 9+ front end with Java middle layer)

Project requirement includes building an application using public API (Open‑Meteo example). Demonstrate skills via video assessment.
