• Making sure our team is CPR certified and keeping those certifications up to date.
• Teaming up with HR and leadership to welcome new team members and help them hit the ground running.
• Running surveys to see how our team feels about trainings and finding ways to make them even better
  .
• Planning and coordinating company-wide trainings and quarterly in-service days.
• Keeping all training docs organized and up-to-date.
• Guiding RBT candidates through the 40-hour certification course and tracking their progress.
• Scheduling weekly/monthly CPR certification sessions.

• You’ve done training, coaching, or teaching before (or are ready to jump in!).
• You either have a CPR Instructor certification or are ready to get one fast.
• You can talk to anyone, anywhere, and make them feel at ease.
• You love planning, organizing, and juggling a few balls at once.
• You’re excited about ABLE Kids’ mission and values.
