The Service Technician Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery.

• Assist service technicians with installations, maintenance, and repair tasks
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment needed for service assignments
• Support troubleshooting and basic diagnostics under supervision
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Provide professional and courteous support during service visits
• Complete basic documentation and service-related reports
