HUB is hiring a Master‑Level Auto Glass Technician in Charlotte, NC to lead high‑performance glass repair services. The role offers $25–$30 per hour base pay plus weekly performance bonuses, overtime, and a full benefits package.

• $25–$30 per hour base pay (depending on experience)

• Perform flawless glass replacements on all vehicle types
• Handle ADAS calibrations with care and accuracy
• Take on complex jobs such as side glass, back windows, and regulators
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and documentation to company standards
• Represent Windshield

• 5+ years of hands‑on auto glass experience
• Experience with ADAS calibration systems (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• AGRSS or AGSC certification, or willingness to obtain through company support
• Tech‑savvy with basic app/tablet use
